Lori Seagroves grew up in the heart of Louisiana, surrounded by a large, close-knit family where cooking wasn’t just a daily routine—it was a way of life. In a home filled with the aromas of simmering gumbos, freshly baked pies, and Sunday dinners that brought everyone to the table, Lori developed a deep love for food and the joy it brings to others.

Thirty years ago, Lori made Texas her home, carrying with her the rich culinary traditions of Louisiana and a natural gift for making people feel welcome. It was in Texas that her heart for hospitality truly blossomed—particularly through her faithful service in her local church. Over 11 years of volunteering, organizing meals, and caring for her community, Lori found her purpose in serving others.

What started as simply helping with church events gradually turned into something more—a calling. Encouraged by the joy she found in feeding and blessing others, Lori launched her own full-service catering business. Today, she pours that same heart and soul into every event, offering not just food, but an experience rooted in warmth, excellence, and Southern hospitality.

Lori at Tasty Table catered my daughter’s wedding in May for 270 people. What a wonderful experience!!!

She worked with us to plan the menu and appetizers and every little detail from ingredients to presentation. She was so organized and professional and had great ideas to thoughtfully carry out our vision for the reception. She truly went above and beyond! Her wonderful team was absolutely amazing and took care of everything. We literally did not have to worry about one thing and were able to just enjoy the celebration. We can’t thank them all enough.

The food was beautifully presented and so delicious! We received so many compliments on the food that night and had many ask who our caterer was. Months later I still have people complimenting the food.

If you are looking for a caterer for a wedding or special event no matter how big or small, look no further. Not only is the food delicious, but Lori genuinely cooks with love. She puts her whole heart into making sure her customers are happy and well fed. Plus she is a genuinely nice person! I can’t recommend Tasty Table enough. Had Lori from Tasty table Cater a very special event this past weekend and it was excellent!! She was right on top of our fiesta with the most absolute delicious beef and chicken fajitas! Followed with all the most wonderful side dishes of rice and beans and did I mention the queso was to die for!! Everything was delicious my guest kept commenting throughout the night. We have ordered a lot from Tasty Table. Everything we have ordered has been excellent . Whether it was chicken salad, pasta salad, Italian pasta salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, pimento cheese stuffed red peppers, Texas torpedos jalapeños, stuffed w sausage and cheese wrapped in bacon,crab cake stuffed mushrooms,baked beans, deviled eggs, lasagna , enchiladas, chicken spaghetti , our entire Easter meal! Insider tip always add on Lori’s amazing mashed potatoes and green beans and chicken salad. My mother in law is coming to Texas and being an east coast girl -I’m not good at southern cooking-Lori to the rest. Even though she’s swamped with larger events weeding , baby showers, church functions;is being an angel and catering full meals for 7 people and they are all my MIL’s favorite. Not only is the food amazing Lori is so wonderful to work with organized concise , she leaves no stone unturned. Her charcuterie/ grazing tables don’t only look fantastic they taste as amazing as they look! Lori’s prices are great her team is also top k notch. She can do pickup/ delivery, setup and take down and or full service serving etc. if your looking to shave time off your schedule or need event or holiday catering reach out . Her calendar fills up quickly!

We cannot thank Tasty Table enough for the exceptional job they did catering my husband’s Celebration of Life. During such an emotional and difficult time, it was a tremendous comfort to know that the food and service were in such capable hands.

Tasty Tables catered my daughter’s first birthday and the whole experience was top tier! Communicating with Lori was very smooth and she was very easy to work with.

Lori made a variety of brunch foods. Every single thing she made was delicious! She even brought more than she told me she would. So kind! I told her she made me look good…I got SO many compliments on how good the food was.

Having Tasty Tables handle the food was probably the best decision I made when party planning. I will definitely be using Tasty Tables again!

I have used Lori to cater 2 baby showers in the past month!!! Rave reviews from guests - the best chicken salad and deviled eggs!!! But the customer service Lori provides is a huge plus!!! If you have ideas, she can make your vision come to life!!!
AND if you need a weeknight meal or a scoop of chicken salad - she does that as well!!!

We have used Tasty Table for many of our events and we are always so impressed by the quality of the food and presentation. Everything is homemade and our guests love it. I love Lori's attention to personalization. If there are specific colors, she will add in what is needed. We were able to provide her with special patterned platters for her to use for the veggie and fruit trays. I never have to worry about running out of food because even if I give her a head count, she provides plenty if extra guests show up. I am so thankful for her gift of cooking and catering and will continue to use her services for all of our events or weekly meal needs.🥰

I first tasted her cooking at church and was ecstatic to find out she had a catering business. Since then, I’ve used Tasty Table for chicken enchiladas at a baby shower, turkey for Thanksgiving, and my daughter’s tenth birthday party. I found Tasty Table a few months ago and started out ordering her meat lasagna and it is the best lasagna I have ever had. Then ordered sides (Mac and cheese, dressing, mashed potatoes) from her for Thanksgiving and everything was almost gone! And it was some of the best dressing I’ve had. Then ordered her breakfast sausage muffins and breakfast casserole for Christmas and there was nothing left. She even left the peppers and stuff out of the casserole because my kids wouldn’t eat it haha. She is the sweetest lady and I’m so happy I found her. Highly considering having her cater my wedding in 2026😍

Today Tasty Table prepared our Thanksgiving meal. It was all so delicious!!! What a treat to not have to cook!!!
Lori prepared all of the wonderful sides!!! Dressing, Mac and cheese, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, gravy, and an amazing cranberry jalepeno relish!!!
It was so easy and delicious. And as always Lori is a joy!!

Tasty Table did a Mexican spread for us and it was terrific! From fajitas with perfectly seasoned onions and peppers to delicious tacos, the food was outstanding! We even got to try the cheese enchiladas and holy cow they were yummy! The prices were low by comparison to the quality and quantity we received, I HIGHLY recommend Tasty Table, I’d happily work with them again!

I recommend Tasty Table for catering, but also everyday meals. I’ve used Lori’s food for parties, but her dinner dishes are my weekly go to. We’ve enjoyed so many, but our favorites are Italian Sausage pasta, Chicken Spaghetti, Ziti & meatballs, and Beef Stroganoff. I order half pan sizes & they come in sturdy foil containers that stack easily in the freezer. One feeds my husband and I with leftovers- so that’s a good deal! I usually have 2 in the freezer at all times. The fresh chicken salad is delicious, as is her creamy pasta salad with pickled jalapeño!

I have been a customer since day one. The chicken salad is 🔥 it’s so good. Everyone I have had taste it wants some. Everything we have tried is delish that’s why we keep ordering more. Customer for life. Lori is a gem. I highly recommend trying out some of the delicious options. I would highly recommend Tasty Table and Lori. Everything was very professional from ordering to delivery. I got lasagnas to take for a family gathering. They arrived, fresh and ready to travel in sturdy baking pans. Directions for reheating were right on top. My family absolutely loved it and I saw more than one person go back for a second serving larger than their first! I will definitely be ordering again!

I attended a baby shower catered by Tasty Table and it was amazing! I wish I had snapped a picture of the beautiful display because the only thing better than how it looked was how it tasted! Everything from the chicken salad sandwiches to the fresh fruit and charcuterie board was AMAZING! I would recommend this catering service to anyone hosting an event! Every tray was practically empty by the time the party was through because the food was THAT GOOD!
